Ritanshu Dokania named a 2026 PPAI Rising Star
PPAI recognized Trelium co-founder Ritanshu Dokania among its 2026 Rising Stars, a class of under-40 leaders helping shape the future of the promotional products industry.
For Trelium, the recognition is meaningful because it comes from the industry we are building with every day.
PPAI Media's 2026 Rising Stars list highlights emerging leaders from across the branded merchandise ecosystem. This year's class includes people working inside distributors, suppliers, and business services companies who are already pushing the industry forward.
Ritanshu, known to many partners and customers as RD, was recognized for the work Trelium is doing with promotional products teams: automating purchase order entry, quoting, proof follow-up, invoice matching, supplier updates, and customer order status requests.
The common thread across that work is simple. Trelium is not trying to replace the people who know their customers, vendors, products, and exceptions best. It is building AI agents that take repetitive, cross-system work off their plates so they can spend more time on the judgment calls and relationships that actually move a business.

Why this matters for promotional products teams
Promotional products companies run on hundreds of small operational handoffs. A purchase order comes in, line items need to be interpreted, decoration details have to match, suppliers need updates, invoices need to reconcile, and customers expect answers quickly. The cost is not only the time spent typing. It is the attention pulled away from customers and from the work that helps teams grow.
Trelium's agents are designed for those moments. They connect to the tools a company already uses, follow the rules each team depends on, and keep people in the loop when a decision needs human review. That is the version of AI Ritanshu has advocated for across the industry: practical, accountable, and pointed at the work teams already know they should not have to do manually.
