The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are, at the time of entry, at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their state or territory of residence. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes begins September 23, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. PDT and ends September 25, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer or record-keeping system is the official timekeeper.

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (Method A and Method B combined), conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter (Method A entrants) or via the phone number or email provided (Method B entrants). The potential winner may be required to respond within five (5) business days of notification and to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/ publicity release (where legal) to claim the prize. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

One (1) prize will be awarded: dinner for two (2) at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $500. After the winner is confirmed, Sponsor will contact the winner and make and pay for the restaurant reservation directly, at a date and time of the winner’s choosing, subject to restaurant availability. Flights, accommodation, transportation, gratuity, and any other expenses associated with redeeming the prize are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash alternative will be offered; the prize is not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Prizes generally constitute taxable income at fair market value.

By submitting an entry, entrant grants Sponsor a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and share the submitted photo and accompanying caption or social media handle in connection with Sponsor’s marketing of this Sweepstakes, with credit to the entrant’s handle where reasonably practicable. Sponsor is not obligated to use any entry. Where permitted by law, entry may constitute consent to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and notify the winner, consistent with Trelium’s Privacy Policy.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that it believes, in its sole discretion, was obtained through fraud, unsafe or unlawful conduct, automated means, or any violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for technical, hardware, software, or network failures of any kind. If fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part.

By entering, participants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, X Corp., LinkedIn, Hell’s Kitchen, Gordon Ramsay North America, or Caesars Entertainment. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to Instagram, X, or any other platform.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
